Explanation

いかにも emphasizes that something truly fits an expected image or is indeed so.

Usage

It often appears with らしい or そうだ.

Example

彼の部屋は、いかにも研究者らしい本の多い部屋だった。

His room, full of books, was just what one would expect of a researcher.

Common Mistake

Do not always translate it as “very”; it often means “just like that image.”
