nounを + いただく

いただく is the humble form of もらう and also of 食べる/飲む, used for the speaker's side receiving or consuming.

It is common when receiving gifts, accepting help, or speaking politely about eating and drinking.

お客様からお土産をいただきました。

We received a souvenir from the customer.

Do not use いただく to honor the other person's action; it humbles the speaker's side.

いただく is humbly receiving.
