noun + のことなら / noun + なら

Sets a topic range and says that within that range one can offer advice, name a suitable person, or make a judgment.

Often used to recommend who to ask about a topic or to state someone's area of expertise.

日本語の発音のことなら、佐藤さんに聞いてください。

If it is about Japanese pronunciation, please ask Sato.

Do not mechanically attach it to dictionary-form verbs; noun + のことなら is more natural.

ことなら first marks the matter or field being discussed.
