time + ごろ

ごろ follows a specific time and means around that time.

Use it for points in time; use ぐらい for approximate duration.

毎朝七時ごろ起きます。

I get up around seven every morning.

三時間ごろ is unnatural; for duration say 三時間ぐらい.

Use ごろ after clock times.
