Common in conversation as a natural response to information.

明日は午後から空いていますか。それなら、三時に打ち合わせをしましょう。

Are you free tomorrow afternoon? In that case, let's meet at three.

Do not use it for a sudden suggestion without prior context; it needs previous information.

After hearing the condition, say 'then let's do this.'
