だって + 句子 / noun + だって

Explanation

だって can give a reason, object, or mean “even,” and is strongly conversational.

Usage

Judge by position: sentence-initial often gives a reason or objection; after a noun it can mean “even.”

Example

だって、急に予定が変わったんだから仕方ないよ。

But the schedule suddenly changed, so it cannot be helped.
