だの～だの lists examples, often with a tone of annoyance or disorder.

It more easily carries criticism than や or とか.

会議では予算だの人員だの、問題ばかりが出てきた。

In the meeting, issues such as budget and staffing kept coming up.

Do not use it for fully neutral formal listing; it often carries emotion.

Use it when listing things with a messy or annoyed tone.
