ちゃいけない/じゃいけない are conversational contractions of てはいけない/ではいけない.

A て-form often contracts to ちゃ; forms ending in で often contract to じゃ.

ここで泳いじゃいけません。

You must not swim here.

The contraction is not ideal for formal signs; use てはいけません in formal writing.

ちゃだめ and ちゃいけない both carry a 'not allowed' feeling.
