Shows that the current situation is urgent or that something more important must be done, so one cannot keep doing the first action.

場合じゃない is the casual form of 場合ではない and is common in speech.

締め切りは明日だ。のんびりしている場合じゃない。

The deadline is tomorrow. This is no time to relax.

Do not use it for ordinary negation; it means the situation does not allow the action.

The situation is urgent, so there is no room for that action.
