Explanation

Introduces someone or something as the topic, often followed by dissatisfaction, criticism, or strong exclamation.

Usage

Conversational in tone and often used for complaints.

Example

うちのチームの通知設定ときたら、重要な連絡ほど見落としやすい。

When it comes to our team's notification settings, the more important a message is, the easier it is to miss.

Common Mistake

Do not confuse it with temporal とき; this introduces a topic and evaluates it.
