Shows that once someone judges the first condition to be true, they immediately takes the following action or attitude.

Common when someone observes, judges quickly, and acts.

彼は相手が初心者だとみると、専門用語を使わずに説明し始めた。

Once he saw that the other person was a beginner, he began explaining without technical terms.

Do not confuse it with standalone と見る for judging; here it usually leads to an immediate reaction.

Once the judgment is made, the action follows immediately.
