どころではない means there is no room for the preceding action because something more urgent or serious is happening.

It is common in busy, dangerous, or high-pressure situations.

締め切り前で、旅行どころではありません。

With the deadline approaching, this is not the time for travel.

Do not confuse it with どころか; どころではない emphasizes having no room for something.

When you are too busy for A, use Aどころではない.
