Explanation

どんなに~ても means the result does not change no matter how high the degree is.

Usage

The following clause often expresses negation, determination, or an unchanged result.

Example

どんなに忙しくても、毎日少し日本語を聞くようにしています。

No matter how busy I am, I try to listen to a little Japanese every day.

Common Mistake

Do not omit も; it is key to the concessive condition.
