Explanation

なくはない uses double negation to say something exists or is possible to some degree.

Usage

It is reserved, not strong affirmation.

Example

興味がなくはないですが、今すぐ始めるかは分かりません。

I do have some interest, but I do not know whether I will start right away.

Common Mistake

Do not read it as strong affirmation; it is very reserved.
