のが好き

のが好き nominalizes an action and says the person likes doing it.

It follows the dictionary form; ことが好き is also possible and sounds a bit more abstract.

私は海で泳ぐのが好きです。

I like swimming in the sea.

Do not say 泳ぎのが好き; use 泳ぐのが好き.

Dictionary form + のが好き: like doing.
