noun/masu-stem verb + もしないで

もしないで means moving to the following action without even doing the minimum preceding action.

It is often used for criticism or surprise.

確認もしないで公開したため、大きなミスが残っていた。

Because it was released without even checking, serious errors remained.

Do not confuse it with ordinary しないで; も emphasizes “even.”

Not even the minimum was done.
