Lists two aspects in parallel and says both are true. Common for evaluations, features, or conditions.

Common forms include AもあればBもある and AもすればBもする.

この町には古い寺もあれば、新しい美術館もあります。

This town has both old temples and new art museums.

Keep the two sides structurally parallel; do not mix unrelated forms casually.

The two も markers place the two aspects side by side.
