再び + verb

再び means the same action or state happens again and is more written than また.

It is common in news, explanations, and narration.

問題が解決したあと、チームは再び開発を始めた。

After the problem was solved, the team began development again.

また is more natural in casual speech; 再び is somewhat formal.

A formal “once again”: 再び.
