noun + を拝見する

拝見する humbly expresses that the speaker sees or reads someone else's materials, work, message, or presence.

It can be used for seeing a person or reading/viewing documents, works, webpages, and similar objects.

事前に資料を拝見しました。

I looked over the materials in advance.

Do not use 拝見しました to honor a teacher's action; use ご覧になりました for the teacher viewing something.

拝 carries the image of looking with humility.
